AFFECTION: You can try. He won't reciprocate and might even respond poorly, depending on what it is, who is doing it, and how they go about it. You should probably ask him first, or try not to surprise him, at the very least.
RELATIONSHIPS: 76 is gay but unlikely to say anything about it unless directly asked. He's of the belief that he doesn't deserve regular people things like significant others because his mission comes first. Generally speaking, he's emotionally unavailable and vaguely traumatized, so I won't be pursuing in-game ships at this time. However, unrequited stuff and all of the awkward that comes with it is totally cool. Let's talk!
VIOLENCE: Violence is fine, but he's a little bit unhinged and prone to lashing out, so provoke at your own risk. I'm fine with injury (minor to major to permanently debilitating) as long as we discuss it beforehand.
TELEPATHY: Completely unable to detect mental intrusions but won't take kindly to it if he does find out. If you play a telepath/empath/psychic/mind reader and need more information about what you might find in there, just let me know. I'll be happy to fill you in.
PHYSICAL INFORMATION:
76 was genetically augmented in his late teens/early twenties as part of an experimental US government "soldier enhancement program" and has retained these abilities in Balance. As a result, he has greatly increased strength, speed, agility, stamina, and durability. He's able to perform superhuman physical feats and maintains a kind of homeostasis that helps him adapt to harsh environments. He can take punishment beyond what can be withstood by a normal human, and bounces back from injury faster with an accelerated healing factor. However, his enhancements have been shown to falter under the influence of a debilitating biological agent, and generally speaking it's implied that he's become less able with age.
Still, he's an incredibly capable combatant, with decades of advanced military, arms and special/covert ops training. In combination with his genetically enhanced physiology, this makes him a force to be reckoned with in a one-on-one (or five-on-one) fight. Or any kind of fight. He’s described in-universe by people who got on the wrong end of his fists as “[…] a professional. Confident. Surgical”.
MENTAL INFORMATION:
War is hell. 76 has PTSD, bad coping mechanisms, and betrayal-related trauma. He's an expert compartmentalizer, but his goal-driven mindset has become self-destructive paranoia and obsession. Tries very, very hard to dissociate from the man he used to be and the ideals he once championed. Fighting is the only thing he feels he can do.

✓ Lay on Hands: You have the ability to cure someone by touch. This extends to removing poisoned effects.
✓ Aura of Courage: At will, you can make your body glow with divine light, providing illumination in an area around you.
✓ Flaming Sword: You have the ability to channel divine energy into your sword, making it light with fire that does not damage you.
✓ Emphatic Duty: You are particularly good at reminding people of their purpose. When someone looks like they are straying from their path or slacking off, you can speak a few critical words to help them feel what you're feeling.
✓ Insight: You become naturally adept at telling when people are lying to you, and feel a hunch urging you to ask questions until the truth comes out.
✓ Perform Oath: You can swear your allegiance to someone and become their protector. The affected person must understand a Paladin's duty for this to work. ✓ Battle Litany: (REQUIRES DRAGOON TRANCE.) Your dragoon's trance advances, allowing you to extend your calmness and vigor outward to up to 4 other creatures for up to 1 minute. While inspired by you, your allies cannot be frightened, charmed, restrained, or knocked prone. They gain immunity to your dragon blood's elemental affinity.
